Graduation Day: June 19, 2009

On June 19, 2009, the MSIT graduated its twelfth class of IT professionals in Northwestern's Technological Institute. The ceremony featured a Salutation by McCormick's Dean Julio Ottino and a Graduation Address by James C. Kenny, Executive Vice President of Kenny Construction and Former U.S. Ambassador to Ireland.

After the ceremony, the students assembled for a group picture, then headed south to the Hilton Garden Inn where they and their families were greeted by a lavish buffet banquet, followed by speeches from Faculty, Staff, Alumni and Students.

Student speeches included Kelley Gambera who presented a photo slide show; Fred Salchli who spoke on the MSIT experience; and Mitzi Colbert who presented the Class Gift to the MSIT Program.

Thank you goes out to Chris Oehlerking (MSIT 2005) for welcoming the MSIT Class of 2009 to the MSIT Alumni Association. The day was beautiful and all had fun. Here are some pictures.
